This is excellent work. I have not used fibre in my composites. Don't be too scared of a pulp exposure, just disinfect it and put biodentine on it. I lean more nowadays towards more total caries removal and do biodentine linings over deeper sections or small exposures (they don't happen often).

watching this made me learn how to do my own teeth lol I only fixed the shape of the irregular shaped teeth. Meron naman dentists samin kaso parang di masyadong ginagalingan yung gawagaya ni Dr. Arkhe. Pagtapos nagfliflake yung mga composite tapos parang may mga sharped edges kahit nagrequest ka na may parang matalim sabi okay lang daw masasanay din. Take note that I only did the part na walang cavity na tooth hindi yung may sira. Bale parang composite veeners kumbaga. Bumili ako ng mga tools needed right shade ng tooth ko which is A2, etch, light cure, dental tools, buffers, buffing strips to make sure it is flossable and adhesives!!! As first time doing it, it took me 10 hours lol to fix minor details for 5 tooth. Grabe hahahaha this really needs hard work pero atleast very happy ako sa result kasi alam kung naging maayos. I am so happy with my teeth now after observing Dr. Arkhe's work for over a year. Only for myself lang kapag di ka confident at di mi alam ginagawa mo wag mong gagawin especially if may sira yung ngipin mo, if need na linisin ng cavity dapat pumunta sa dentista. Sakin kasi yung teeth ka parang nag add lang ako sa kanya hindi ko binawasan <3 Thank you po

Another theory is the patient went to middle east or india and went to an inexperienced dentist who barely passed dental school. And offered cheaper treatments

I’ve had composits done, it didn’t last. Had to redo twice. My son used a different dentist and has his replaced 3x in one year. He had to pay each time. Not sure this is for everyone. Mine lasted a total of 2 mos. Couldn’t afford to do it again.

Dentists in US do not bother with this technique. One, dentist frown on using more than two resins. Its really just etch, bond, flowable, cure, then resin. Some dentist will do layers but many cut corners and do a shorcut. Most dentists are on a time schedule to maximize their profits. US dentists suck
